About this role
You will primarily be responsible for: Acting as the main point of contact for an assigned group of clients, supporting them throughout the project lifecycle from onboarding through to go-live, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated client journey. You will support clients in preparing for implementation and testing phases, including UAT and conformance testing, providing guidance, clarification, and follow-up to help them successfully validate the solution.
