About this role

Das erwartet Dich Möchtest du deine HR-Kompetenz in einer Schlüsselfunktion anwenden? Du als HR Business Partner (w/m/d) bist bei uns der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende im Bereich Operations in allen Fragen des Arbeitsrechts über den gesamten HR Life Cycle. Gleichzeitig fungierst du als Sparringspartner für die Bereichsleitung und engagierst dich aktiv in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalstrategie. Dabei bist Du Teil eines tollen HR-Teams, deren Mitglieder Dich gern mit ihren jeweiligen Kompetenzen (z.B. Recruiting, Gehaltsabrechnung, Controlling, Learning & Development, etc.) unterstützen.
