We're a fast-growing, nine-figure D2C brand with a loyal, high-retention subscriber base, and we're scaling our retention function to match our ambitions. ABOUT THE ROLE We're hiring a Senior Retention Manager to own execution of our retention roadmap. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Retention. We need an operator who can step in and run point on our onboarding, loyalty and lifecycle retention initiatives end to end: scoping the work, briefing and building the tactics, analyzing the results, and iterating fast.…
