What we need The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads Exol's budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, turning operational plans into financial insight during a period of rapid scale-up. Reporting to the VP, Finance, this is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role: the Senior Manager owns the planning cycle and management reporting, builds the models that guide site and investment decisions, and partners with leaders across the business to keep spending disciplined as Exol grows.
