The Director, People Business Partner (Director, PBP) is a strategic advisor and hands-on leader who partners closely with assigned Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members to align people strategies with business objectives. Supporting the Sales, Marketing, Service, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organizations, this role helps leaders build organizations capable of executing Experity's strategy by advising on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, talent, and organizational capability. The Director, PBP combines strategic thinking with execution.
