About this role

We are seeking a talented CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist to join one of our Clients from Government Sector of UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dedicated support resources, to operate and provide technical support for its existing CAFM system. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment. Contract Period: 9 - 12 Months Requirements The main responsibilities will include: CAFM system administration and configuration. Asset management and preventive planned maintenance management. Work order workflow setup, monitoring, and administration. Help desk support and service request management. Preparation of KPI and SLA performance reports.…
