About this role

We are looking for an experienced HR – Workforce Planning professional. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workforce planning, manpower analysis, HR analytics, and organizational planning. Job Purpose To implement workforce-planning policies and procedures, analyze manpower requirements, support job-description development, assess workforce and Emiratization indicators, and provide recommendations aligned with strategic objectives.
