Defined career path Help with getting IT accreditations Fun environment IT company dealing with Microsoft, HP, VMware and Cisco Due to increased headcount, we now now need a 1st Line Support person to deal with emailed support queries, phone enquiries, logging calls on the ticketing system, helping with quotes etc and working with talented 2nd and 3rd line support people from whom you did be able to learn and develop.You must have some several months IT support/helpdesk, ex IT apprentice perhaps? You should have a passion for a career in IT, have a knack for technology, gadgets, hardware, networking, security but, most importantly, a can do and positive attitude.…
