About this role

Job Description Reporting to the Director, Labour and Employee Relations, the Labour Relations Advisor will provide guidance, direction, and support to Human Resources and Operations teams across multiple locations on labour and employee relations matters. This role serves as a key advisor on grievance management, collective agreement administration, labour relations best practices, and employee relations issues, while supporting positive union-management relationships across the organization.
