Job Description Purpose Under the supervision of the Director of Care and under the direction/guidance of the Occupational Therapist, provide therapeutic measures based on individual needs. Key Performance Measures Manitoba Health inspections Accreditation Clinical Indicators Resident/Family Satisfaction Survey results Bi-annual Performance Appraisal Key Accountabilities In conjunction with the Occupational Therapist, develops implements and evaluates individualized therapy programs. Co-ordinates current stretch and strut ambulation program and physio/exercise classes, as outlined on the monthly OT calendar. Provides daily therapy as instructed on the absence of Occupational Therapist. Provides ongoing evaluation of resident status. Collaborates with clinical team to initiate referrals.…
