About this role
The QMS Staff Engineer (E5) supports the Quality Management Systems team in maintaining compliance with global standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, VDA 6.3, and others) and customer/regulatory requirements. This role focuses on documentation, audit preparation, non-conformance resolution support, and continuous improvement activities, working under the guidance of global QMS Principal Engineers and the Process Management Manager. The incumbent will coach and teach the process approach, risk-based thinking, customer specific requirements and similar methodologies throughout the organization Maintain and update QMS documentation, procedures, and records in line with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, and AS9100D requirements.…
