No insurance experience is required. Paid training starts on day one, and we provide ongoing coaching and support. The agency also assists with pre-licensing costs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work warm and hot leads through inbound calls, Farmers leads, purchased leads, referrals, and our existing book of business
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance
- Meet with customers, follow up with prospects, and build lasting relationships
