About this role

Ihre Aufgaben As an Entrepreneur in Residence , you are a full-time operator & builder . You own projects with a strong execution component while still shaping how we do things. The following tracks are designed for Bachelor Graduates with a 70% execution and 30% project work focus: First 4 weeks: full focus on hands-on execution in Sales to build deep market understanding, sharpen messaging, and develop strong pipeline intuition. After week 4: gradual expansion into side projects (30%) , while continuing to drive Sales performance. We operate with high ownership, speed, and clarity — we strive for excellence in both execution and systems-building.
