This role will assist in executing our firmwide strategy for lateral partner recruitment. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and collaborative, with experience supporting high-level recruiting processes in a law firm or professional services environment. This is a hands-on role focused on coordination, communication, and candidate experience, with exposure to firm leadership, practice groups, and key stakeholders.
