Job Summary Florida Gulf Coast University’s Resort and Hospitality Management Department is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated student to serve as the Culinary Lab Student Assistant. This individual will work alongside the Culinary Lab Manager to support daily operation, organization, safety, and cleanliness of the university’s culinary lab facilities. Most responsibilities will involve laundry, inventory, receiving deliveries, cleaning, and organizing the culinary lab space. The student may also assist with departmental events, food preparation, and occasional administrative projects as needed. No previous culinary or hospitality experience is required.
