Job Description: The Role The Director, HR for Finance, is responsible for end-to-end HR support including compensation, recruitment, talent development, and organizational design initiatives for your business partners. You will provide coaching and support to mid and L2/L3 level leaders to improve their people leadership effectiveness and drive enterprise and Finance function specific talent programs. Key areas of focus include organizational design, talent development, coaching and feedback, performance and change management, inclusion, and engagement efforts. You will support multiple groups across the Finance function and you will have the unique opportunity to support leaders, build relationships, and learn more about the critical work this function provides to the enterprise.…
