Job Description: The Role The Director, Investment Product will be responsible for product development, management, strategy, and advocacy for Fidelity’s direct private equity investment products with the goal of developing a strategy to retain and grow assets under management. The Director will partner with the investment teams to understand and articulate product design, investment approaches and positioning across the products. Likewise, the Director will work cross functionally, including with the investment team, distribution channel partners, marketing, product governance, legal, compliance, and others, to ensure that the product lines continue to meet evolving customer needs through innovation, product development and pricing.…
