Analyzes complex data‑processing requirements and system workflows within an agile environment to design, improve, and support scalable computer systems and software components. Gathers and refines system requirements and specifications to support robust technology solutions. Creates user stories with clear and concise system requirements for APIs, data stores, and user interfaces (UIs). Provides analysis leadership on complex systems analysis projects, often across subsystems and companies, in a matrix organization.
