Job Description: This role is a REMOTE job, but does require you to currently live within 90 miles of the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. The Role As a Retirement Planner within Fidelity’s Tax-Exempt Market Planning & Advice (TEMPA) team, you will educate and support workplace retirement plan participants by increasing awareness of retirement readiness and helping individuals take meaningful steps toward achieving their long-term financial goals. This role is responsible for guiding participants through their employer-sponsored retirement plans, including educating them on plan benefits, employer matching contributions, and investment strategies, while helping them make informed decisions about their retirement savings.…
