Job Description: Position Description : Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Maintains and provides support to Salesforce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Resolves technical issues associated with developed software components and provides Salesforce administrative support. Creates technical documentation and executes software unit testing. Performs Salesforce application development using Agile development frameworks (Scrum). Designs and implements custom integration solutions using ETL software -- Informatica.
