The Role As an Engineering Manager within Workplace Investing Technology, you will define and execute the technical strategy for a portfolio of applications supporting back-office operations and process automation. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and analysts to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient workflow and orchestration solutions.
