Fifth Element is looking for a Copy Supervisor to help lead change in healthcare advertising. As a Copy Supervisor, you’re the voice behind the vibe. You team up with designers, strategists, and account folks to create sharp, scroll-stopping copy that’s smart, on-brand, and always on time. You lead the charge on all things words—shaping concepts, polishing messaging, keeping quality high, and mentoring junior writers along the way. You know when to push an idea further and when to rein it in so it hits just right. Part creative brain, part strategic thinker, you confidently present work, refine ideas based on feedback, and help turn great concepts into client wins.
