About this role

Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S. FSSI East Inc. is looking for a full-time Operations (Production) Support to join our 1st shift team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This position is responsible for general support to the production departments. This includes cross-training and filling in for various positions due to vacations, call outs or high-volume days, in addition to performing standard daily operational duties. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (1st shift) Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles.…
