Your Role
In dieser wichtigen Support-Funktion bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle für die operative Abwicklung unseres Post- und Dokumentenmanagements im Fuhrpark. Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von behördlichen Anfragen, Strafzetteln (Bußgeldbescheiden) sowie OEM-Rückrufaktionen und entlastest damit unser Fleet Management Team nachhaltig. Durch deine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass sowohl unsere Kunden als auch Behörden schnell, präzise und professionell unterstützt werden.
