Als Senior Fleet Coordinator (m/w/x) im Bereich Active Fleet bist du ein zentraler Treiber unserer Customer Experience und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kund:innen jederzeit sicher und mobil auf den Straßen unterwegs sind. Mit deinem ausgeprägten Service- und Prozessdenken steuerst du operative Abläufe im Fahrzeug- und Reparaturmanagement und hebst unsere Servicequalität auf das nächste Level. Durch deine proaktive Arbeitsweise optimierst und automatisierst du Schnittstellen, um das Wachstum unserer Flotte nahtlos zu unterstützen.
