Your Role
Als Team Lead Fleet Operations (m/w/d) bei FINN übernimmst du die disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams für Schadenbewertung, Schadenabwicklung und Defleeting-Koordination. Du steuerst externe Partner sowie interne Schnittstellen, um eine hocheffiziente, wirtschaftliche Schadenabwicklung zu gewährleisten und unsere Fahrzeuge reibungslos durch alle Prozesse zu führen. Durch deine Stärke in der Prozessoptimierung und Teamentwicklung trägst du direkt zur Kundenzufriedenheit und zum Skalierungskurs von FINN bei.
