About this role

What You'll Do The Regulatory Intelligence & Communications Specialist is responsible for monitoring regulatory developments impacting First Advantage and its customers across government federal and industry sources, identifying relevant new rules and guidance, and coordinating the production of a recurring regulatory newsletter for internal and external stakeholders. This role serves as the central intake, triage, and coordination point between Legal, Compliance, The Go to Market Teams, and Marketing, ensuring timely awareness of regulatory activity and consistent, high‑quality communication for Healthcare and Transportation stakeholders.
