About this role
Provides full support and oversight to all aspects related to payroll for the company. The Payroll Manager is also responsible to implement processes and procedures to drive accuracy and efficiency in both payroll calculation and payments reconciliation. Position has full supervisory responsibility for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, teammate relations, salary adjustments, and termination of direct reports. Will coach and develop team members to support company initiatives and teammate goals.
