About this role

Working on major payment projects with significant banking clients you will be involved delivering quality managed services involving installation, compliance, stabilisation, design, code, testing, implementing, maintenance, and production support of in-house products and applications software that needs to be delivered on time and within budget. What you will be doing: As a Managed Services Analyst you will be focused on the ‘run’ aspect of our managed services contract where you will work closely with customers, business analysts, product teams and other stakeholders to deliver quality managed services.
