About the Position This position will work with other members of the Legislative Action Team to cover congressional committee markups and legislative action on the House and Senate floors, write spot news stories and occasional longer-form enterprise. Reporters on the team cover House and Senate committee markups gavel-to-gavel and must be available to work from the U.S. Capitol buildings and press gallery office spaces for work hours largely decided by the congressional schedule.   About the Legislative Action Team Washington’s CQ Roll Call brings up-to-date news, analysis and insights to senior decision-makers on Capitol Hill.…
