Manages and provides guidance to CRE Relationship Managers in the negotiation and structure of deals. Independently generates and assists team with new business and relationships that will produce revenue from companies, sponsors, developers and businesses. Generates deal flow directly from these clients/prospects and orchestrates a team approach to the relationship.
