Main responsibilities Identify and prospect target accounts within BPO, outsourcing, and staff augmentation markets Use LinkedIn and other social platforms as primary channels for lead generation and engagement Execute outbound campaigns via social selling, email, and phone Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP and hand over sales-ready opportunities Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand client needs and outsourcing challenges Book qualified meetings for Sales Executives and support pipeline growth Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting Stay informed on outsourcing trends, delivery models, and competitor offerings Requirements Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or sim…
