Job Description: The Principal Manager, Platform Solutions and Adoption defines and standardizes solutions, creating a simple path to deliver customer results. You will shape the experience of building on the FlexAnywhere platform and simplify adoption of services across colocation, interconnection, cloud & data protection, marketplace & ecosystem, and the customer portal. You will serve as the cross‑functional champion for platform use‑case development—aligning product, sales, solution engineering, and marketing to create use cases that demonstrate the value of building on Flexential’s digital infrastructure and ecosystem.
