Job Description: The Centralized Workplace Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing workplace operations at Flexential’s Denver headquarters while supporting the development and rollout of a centralized workplace operations program across more than 40 locations including our Charlotte Hub. This role balances hands on execution with project coordination and operational program support. The position contributes to building, testing, and operationalizing workplace standards and processes under the direction of the Real Estate Project Manager.
