About this role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for making things work seamlessly? We’re looking for an Integrations Support Engineer to join our team and help our clients get the most out of our product. In this role, you’ll customize our product on client websites, ensuring everything integrates smoothly and performs at its best. You’ll work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and communicate next steps clearly. Your tasks will include configuring database and CRM integrations for efficient data flow, setting up and adjusting in- house tools to meet client needs, and using Python, SQL, and JavaScript to process data into clear, understandable presentations.
