Purpose: The Field Install Team Supervisor (FITS) serves as a leader in the Floor & Decor retail environment, directing and supervising the daily operations of Field Install Specialists (FIS). The main objective of this role is to enhance the overall customer experience, increase sales, and optimize inventory management through effective project oversight and team coordination. In this position, the supervisor will guide the Field Installation teams (FIT) in executing visual merchandising initiatives that align with corporate directives and regional leadership goals.
