Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Purpose: Floor & Decor strives to be the one-stop destination for our professional clients (PRO customer) in the hard surface flooring contractor space. This position is focused on building relationships with our PRO customers and in turn earning their trust, while helping grow their business. This position reports to the PRO Services Manager and supports the execution of Floor and Decor's PRO priorities.
