Senior Compensation Specialist – Pay Equity and Transparency The Senior Compensation Specialist provides specialist support to the Senior Compensation Manager – Pay Equity and Transparency, helping ensure Flutter remains compliant with global pay legislation and delivers clear, consistent pay equity reporting and communications. Working closely with the Compensation Data & Analytics team, the role helps ensure pay equity analysis is set up and run correctly, but its primary focus is translating those data outputs into clear findings, and findings and partnering with regional Reward teams and People Partners to agree and track appropriate actions.
