Job Description: The Role The Senior Quality Control (QC) Analyst is responsible for executing controls across multiple Defined Benefit operational functions in WI Client Service Operations. The team collaborates with business partners to design and execute controls and drive operational improvements through our analysis. This role will be filled as a grade 4 or 5, depending on experience of the candidate. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Finance or Business) or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience is required. Knowledge and experience using DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, FOCUS or any other relevant Fidelity systems.…
