Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position The Role As part of the Product organization, the Program Manager is responsible for delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with Product strategy, commitments, and goals. The Program Manager works in conjunction with Stock Plan Leaders at the portfolio and program level to coordinate initiatives by providing oversight from initial assessment through solution launch with an emphasis on business readiness activities. This role will be primarily focused on supporting cross domain work to align Stock Plan Services (SPS) and Brokerage interdependencies and future state roadmaps.…
