Job Description: Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. Position Description : Plans, coordinates, and supports disaster recovery tests of brokerage business applications on mirrored z/OS platforms and on non-production environments. Proactively analyzes and troubleshoots complex system and application issues across non - production and production environments, independently identifying root causes and implementing advanced resolutions to ensure stability, performance, and continuity of services. Applies incident management to identify root cause and support systems in Mainframe, UNIX, Linux, Windows, and Virtual Machine Wage (VMWARE) platforms. Executes operational procedures using mainframes tools and mainframe computing functions.…
