Position Summary
Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a collaborative and strategic Senior Manager, Operations to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality operational support within our wealth management business. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, support cross-functional initiatives, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to operational excellence and client service.
Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week.
