As a Meeting Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless planning, execution, and follow-up of all meetings within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and providing technical assistance to facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings, enabling our teams to collaborate effectively and achieve their objectives. This role reports to the Regional Client Relations Manager or the National Client Relations.
