This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and team performance while supervising the Inventory Analyst and supporting broader distribution functions relating to inventory. The Inventory Team Lead drives improvements in processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to support safety, quality, service, and cost objectives. This is an Inventory-Focused role.
