Job Summary: Essential to developing a strong foundation in employee benefits brokerage/consulting, the Account Specialist is an entry-level position, responsible for developing the industry knowledge/skills necessary to support Sales, Account Management and Underwriting with activities related to marketing, sales, and service of multiple client accounts (Book of Business).
