Fourvenues The VP of Operations is a key position to drive the company’s Operational Engine. The right candidate must be able to design the operational strategy, oversee its execution, and provide the leadership and coaching for the team to consistently deliver outstanding results. What You'll Be Doing Operational Ownership Own and scale all operational areas across the company: Post-sales operations & support optimisation Implementations ( festivals, POS, phased rollouts) Data & Business Intelligence Procurement (internal & hardware resale) Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control) Tech integrations Internal operations Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance.
