Job Description SAP BW Support & Maintenance Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP BW/BW on HANA/BW/4HANA environments. Monitor and resolve issues related to Process Chains, Data Loads, DTPs, Info Packages, and data extraction. Troubleshoot data inconsistencies, load failures, authorization issues, and reporting problems. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions. Support incident, problem, change, and release management activities. Monitor BW job performance and optimize data loading processes.
