About this role

Job Description Fragomen is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. This role is based in one of the available APAC Fragomen offices and would be supporting the business globally. As a Business Process Specialist role, you will.. Process Mapping & Documentation Support the documentation of as-is and to-be processes using MS Visio or process modelling tools such as Signavio, Celonis, or ARIS. Maintain process documentation in line with agreed BPMN standards and operating model guidelines. Process Analysis and Support Assist with collecting, validating, and analysing process and operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Support senior team members in preparing analysis outputs, insights, and recommendations.…
