Clinic Address: 1402 Townline Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060 Clinic Hours: MWF:4am-9pm, TThSat:5am-5pm, closed Sunday Rotating shifts and days, 8-12 hour shifts available. Full Time / 40 hours per week.
