Holland Rd, Chicago, IL 60620 Clinic hours: MWF: 5am-9pm, TThSat: 5am-5pm, Closed Sunday Rotating shifts, days and weekends, 8-12 hour shifts available, shifts start as early as 4:30am Full Time / 40 hours per week.
